Throughout the Website, the terms “you” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or other person who accesses the Website or purchases products from us.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through the Website.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

  • Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances;

Product photographs are provided for illustration. Unless expressly stated, accessories, styling products, adhesives, tools, or other items appearing in photographs are not included.

You are responsible for reviewing all product details, measurements, color information, care instructions, and compatibility information before ordering.

5. HAIR PRODUCT USE AND CARE

Our products must be used, installed, cleaned, maintained, and stored in accordance with the instructions provided on the Website or with the product.

Improper installation, excessive heat, harsh chemicals, bleaching, coloring, cutting, alteration, misuse, inadequate maintenance, or failure to follow care instructions may damage a product and may affect eligibility for a return, exchange, refund, or warranty claim.

If you use adhesives, removers, dyes, chemicals, or other styling products, you are responsible for reading their ingredients and safety instructions and performing an appropriate patch test where recommended.

Our products and Website content are not intended to provide medical advice or to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have allergies, skin sensitivity, hair-loss concerns, or another medical condition, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using the product.

6. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we received your request. A binding sales contract is formed only when we accept the order, successfully authorize payment, and begin processing or dispatching the order.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order, including when:

  • A product is unavailable;
  • Product or pricing information contains an error;
  • Payment cannot be authorized;
  • Billing, shipping, or contact information cannot be verified;
  • We suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, resale abuse, or a violation of these Terms;
  • Shipping restrictions prevent us from fulfilling the order; or
  • The order creates an unreasonable operational or legal risk.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, subject to normal payment-processing times.

Orders may be subject to quantity limits. We may restrict orders placed by the same customer, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or household.

You are responsible for confirming that your:

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Website are shown in United States dollars (“USD”).

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every country or for every transaction.

Nothing in this section limits your lawful rights to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect payment.

9. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Discount codes, promotional offers, gifts, and store credits:

  • Are subject to their stated conditions and expiration dates;
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law;
  • May not be combined unless expressly permitted;
  • May be limited to particular products, customers, regions, or order values; and
  • May be canceled where obtained or used through fraud, manipulation, technical error, or abuse.

We may correct or cancel a promotion that contains an obvious error.

10. TAXES, CUSTOMS DUTIES, AND IMPORT CHARGES

The amount displayed at checkout will show the taxes collected by us where applicable.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

Responsibility for loss or damage during delivery will be determined according to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Because wigs and related hair products may be personal-use or hygiene-sensitive products, return eligibility may depend on the condition of the product and whether it has been worn, installed, cut, colored, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used.

Before returning any product, you must follow the return authorization procedure stated in our Refund Policy. Sending a product back without authorization does not guarantee acceptance or a refund.

Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

13. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
